This is 100% a scam call I received a call from this number claiming I was randomly selected for a $18,000.00 government grant that I don't have to replay. Just a fyi I use to work at the BBB and if the government is going to contact you, I can assure you it will NOT be by telephone it will be by mail.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
