It calls n you cant call it back..will not connect....will call over n over.like they were hitting redial...a real anoyance.

You are a weenie. What, you can't even reply? I called 911, and then had dialled 311 and was waiting when this number phoned. I answered, but said nothing. They said nothing. I hung up. They called back and I could hear breathing, and perhaps walking. I've blocked the number.
