If it's your home phone, I don't know what steps to take, but if it's your cell, try adding that number to a reject list. If your phone doesn't have that or a similar feature, install YouMail and the who are you app. They won't be able to bother you again. Your phone won't ring or allow them to leave messages from that number if you have these features. The apps are free.

This number has called and I don't answer and they never leave a message. So I answered it today and they wanted to give me a quote on auto insurance, then a quoted on health insurance. I told them no but they said they was going to connect me to a agent I said no and hung up.

Call constantly. I answer and they hang up. They never leave a message. Call all hours of the day. How can I stop this harassment?

Reply to Michelle: I'm on the do not call list but have had this company being calling me for 4 years and have told them no and reported it at least a 100 time to the do not call registery but the FTC never took any action. They have called me at 2am in the morning and always called after 9pm. Now this number 331-256-1086 has started calling me. You really think Obama going to do something about it. I have to turn my phones off at night so I don't get disturb in the middle of night both my house phone and cell phone.

Called me twice last week with no voicemail left. I called back and they knew my name. Asked if this was "my name" and I said, depends on who's asking. I asked the person who they are and why calling. They wouldn't tell me their company and hung up.

Yea, I've heard of call blocking. I have over 25 numbers blocked including this one---but this one still keeps calling---it still gets through. Explain that one!

10 calls from this number in the past 2 days. As others have said, no one on the other end when you answer andnever a voice mail if you don't. I finally added the number to my call rejection list.

These scum telemarketer guys from India call at least 5 times a week. I have had them on call block for over a year but that does not stop them. But today I experienced a first. They called first using their blocked number. It rang one time and hung up on them which is what a call blocker does. Immediately after the 1 ring and click, I get another call that's says AURORA, IL Out of Area with no number shown so you can't block. Its like a never ending war against these low lives.

Didn't answer a call from 331-256-1086 to my cell phone. My number is on the do not call list.
