Call came in and I answered but there was no answer back so I hung up. Immediately after the call came in again with no response after I answered. I downloaded this app after this happened because my Motorola Droid 2 doesn't have call blocking feature of its own.

called three times in less than 2 minutes! Came up as "Spam" sure enough.. pretty sure it is. No reason to keep calling and calling and calling.. Finally, blocked it. Never answered the phone, and.. glad I didn't.
