Another blatant disregard of DoNotCall registries. Nuisance caller that needs to be blocked, fined, punished along w/ service provider that enables perpetrators of such harassing calls in oder to swindle, commit fraud, deception, or other unwelcome disruption in the lives of their potential targets. Complain to Congressional law makers & request telecommunication service providers be held accountable as accessories to the harrassment. Ask phone service providers to develop technology to block such calls to their customers free of additional charge.
