This seems to be a legit number. I answered a call from this number and it was Lowe's customer service checking out if we were satisfied with our recent Lowe's installation (we bought a garage door opener two weeks ago).
This seems to be a legit number. I answered a call from this number and it was Lowe's customer service asking for my participation in a survey. It was regarding satisfaction with our recent Lowe's installation (we bought a dishwasher).
I keep getting a phone call from 1-336-658-6000 but they never stay on the line long enough for me to answer.I did buy a dishwasher from Lowe's (if that is who is calling)and they have already called me twice to ensure that I received it and that it is working fine.My phone is on the do not call registry and the way I see it, they have concluded their business with me and they have no right to continue calling.
2:55PM, call direct to my cell phone. Unknown caller, just the number 1-336-658-6000 shows up. I've had about 2 calls per week from this number. When I pick up, it rings as if I'm calling someone, then hangs up.
at 1pm i got a call from this number i picked up and heard a ringing(like i was calling someone)i hung up.
Yes if this passes for customer service then i am tired of it..lowes has called me 5 times asking if everything was ok with my carpet installation....i have told them over and over it was great..except for their dumbasses calling me over and over....please stop lowes
This number calls me once every couple of days it seems, and when I pick up it starts calling someone so I hang up. I did get a carpet estimate at Lowes a couple of months ago but told them I wasn't going to buy at that time.
