Caller ID shows this number on my cell phone. Since it is a prerecorded message, it starts before my message starts recording. The end of the message says that the call is being made because my social security number is being used fraudulently and that I need to call them right back. Yeah, that's how our government does business -- leave a recorded message with threats as the first point of contact .... (I really need a sarcasm font here.)
