Got the last of a prerecorded message saying this was my last offer. I could only hope.
I just got a call from this same number - they said they could reduce my interest rate on my Visa and MasterCard - I knew it was a scam but played along for a while. He asked for the expiration date on my card and I gave him a fake one. He then said he needed to verify my card number - I said "you want me to give you my credit card number" he said no he already had it but just needed me to verify it. I made up a fake number and he he typed it in (or whatever he did to try and take my money) said it was invalid and asked me to read it off again. I said "did you actually think that I would give you my credit card number? you are out of your mind!!" He then started laughing. I would never give them my info but I think its funny to waste there time thinking I will. I had the last laugh on this call!!!
Same scam as above. Vonage now has selective call blocking. That's how I get rid of these bottom feeders.
When I have a few seconds, I like to play musical ringtones to this type of scum... if I have the time, I practice various LOUD colorful phrases
Never answer a call from an unknown number. If it is an important call they will leave a voice mail. I prepared for this by putting all of my phone numbers from the companies that bill me for services. This Way I can be assured that a call coming in that is not identified is a call not to be trusted. Don't let these lowlife a**holes get into your life.JoeR

Saying postal redelivery unit when called. What?
I didn't accept the call and they did not leave any voice message
I answered this one out of curiosity as I usually don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. Another annoying robocall. This time claiming to be calling from Medicare.
Would give it zero stars if I could.
Because I didn't know who the caller was, I sent it to voicemail. The caller did not leave a message and hung up. I assumed it was another robo call and when I checked this site my assumption was confirmed.
