This number calls at least twice a day and I am on the Do No Call list. I have them blocked on my cell and they are still able to leave a msg. It's automated about calling to get a refund. No way is that the case.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.

Evidently gets next if kin names from obituaries and calls them all, over and over. Will not say what they are calling about until you give birthdate and ssn of the deceased.
