im affraid that part is slightly wrong it is illegal to take the loan that is true but if u sign the contract then it hold u responsible for the loan because the loan isnt what is illegal its the person who knows its illegal whos breaking the law :) which means its still a collective account and can be put on a CBR report the only thing they cant do is sue but why would they want to if u break the law u get in the trouble not them

ive been trying to gather more info from these people without giving mine they cont to give false numbers lol once i get the info believe me ill post it. so fr ive asked for a 1800 number i could return the call to them and got a un succesful number in return next would be a eamil someone someone is going to mess up and then i can be tracked to a i p address or a actual business address the company i work for sends these numbers and comments to the Fbi . even though in the job profession im am in most people dont like the "debt collector" but collection has come a long way from where it was to now. "FDCPA" rest assured im sure others have tried to do the same so odds are one of us will catch the bad guy and ar phones can quit blowing up :)

no one yet know but i know of a way they are doing these calls . they are using a internet call through a few serach engines google-yahoo- ect ect which is the reason they keep calling and you cant return theyre call. try getting info from these guys they more u know the more u can post and help others who want to stop they guys from harrasment that and just not being american :)"no point intended but i only do business in my own country" but some have yet to say what is going on or how it happened example some have applied for a payday loan online and others installment loans these guys are tracking and hacking if you will these websites to pull the info you gave on that website so fair warning dont give anyone info they should already have when you applied for them crazy loans :)

Called today. Left a message and it was just someone breathing into the phone.

I don't understand why the government or the telephone companies, don't stop those CON operators...

they keep calling my phone, but do not leave a message when I do not answer and can not be called back.

This number calls me over and over day after day. Everythime I get the chance to answer I tell then they have the wrong number and to stop calling. They appologize but continue to call. The other day I was with my bf and I swear I had 11 missed calls within 5 minutes, 3 txts, and 9 new voicemails all from them
