Someone from this number left me a message on my cell phone saying something about criminal proceedings against me. I called back and the man said that he's the social security administration and demanded I give him my social security number. I asked for more information (knowing it was a scam) and he started to get angry that I wasn't providing my SSN. I told him that I was going to report him to the FBI and he told me that he's not scared of the FBI.
Since call was a recorded message, I did not have the opportunity to tell them to STOP their calls.
