They asked for director of personnel. I'm here by myself but I transferred the call about 4 times each time telling the person that she reached the wrong department. Finally she started her spiel. I asked if she was selling the employer posters (that the states give away) and she said "no, she was calling about an employer guide that includes new legislative changes for my state." She was careful never to use the work "sell" or "buy" which was clever. I ordered a dozen copies of her book. HA! Actually, I hung up on her.

Now that Blackwater, Inc. is running out of contracts can we, collectively, hire them to hunt down this callers to remove them from their telephones?

To cascade employee: Your company does seem to maintain a Do Not Call List as you stated. Most of the calls we recive from your company are hangs up as we answer.From the tone of your response, you seem to be a rude person. Are the rest of your co-worker the same? If so being rude must be a requirement to work for Cascade. Are we correct?

They claim to be Aspen Publishers. Last year they tried to sell us OSHA compliance posters that are normally free. Not sure what they are trying to sell us this time, but I assume it is also freely available mandatory postings from the government.They do not follow the TCPA, as all requests to be removed from their call lists have failed over the past year and 1/2...So now they get put on hold until they hang up.

THIS IS BS - PURE AND SIMPLE NO ONE WANTS TO RECEIVE ANY TELEMARKETING CALLS AT ALL. Not at home and NOT at our places of business. We are BUSY CONDUCTING BUSINESS and DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR THIS. I DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM TELEMARKTERS EVER! and I will not allow some COLD CALL PUSHY TELEMARKETER harrass into buying something from SOME COMPANY I know nothing about. The FACT that you use COLD CALLS to harrass businesses is the #1 REASON WHY you WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS! So instead of PISSING OFF your POTENTIAL CUSTOMER BASE - STOP USING TELEMARKETERS!

Got a call from 360-892-6151 on my caller ID went to Voice Mail and did not get a complete message. Looks like it's from a call center in Vancover BC that will contract out to other companies to do their tele marketing calls.

Seems to me like these people don't know the meaning of "NO" and "I AM NOT INTERESTED". Looks like after awhile they would stop calling so many of us and we all tell them the same thing over and over. What part of "NO" do they not understand, the N or the O? When will the be a law against such calls? It does not matter if your phone number is unlisted or you are on the do not call list they still keep calling anyway.

That is too funny. I will have to try that tactic.

a very rude chick asked for the person in charge of my employees because there are new laws effecting us, well hello, you are not calling from my state so why would you care about my laws...needless to say she was on hold for awhile =)
