Caller professes to be from US government grant division. Has grant money for you. You tell him you can use the money and now he wants to send it to you via Western Union. I led him to this point and then told him that the US govt sends money by check. He began with obscenities. I hung up. Received a similar call, where caller stated he was from US govt, dept of justice. Also regarding grant.

Yes. The caller claimed to represent Document Delivery Services and threatened to serve me with papers from a fifteen year old debt. A check with my local County Clerk’s Office revealed no evidence of lawsuit filed.
