Got this message from this caller and yes it sounded like an echo chamber and you couldn't understand anything they were saying except "legal threat", "go before a magistrate/judge". It's a hoax. Do not reply or answer.
Hi I received a phone recorded message from 386 - 626 - 1109 and I was told that I was going to be arrested in 45 minutes after the call hung up ? The person on the other end barely speak clear English I asked them where they were located and they said they would located in Florida. The non speaking guy asked me what was my address. They were very rude and I said okay fine no problem I will contact the IRS and I also will call the police to let them know that you are calling me with this scam. Please be aware and mindful when someone calls you with this type of nonsense scamming artists

got a call from this number...they stated they were from the Department of Treasury and it was "Officer Daniel" speaking. I asked where he was calling from and he said Virginia, but the 386 area code is from FL.Obvious scam.

Just got the same threatening bad echo message about being taken before a magistrate. Think he said his name was James Paxton.
Same here. Just got the call this morning. Only made out a few words but it sounded like some kind of scam involving legal threats.
Received recorded call from this number - most likely a scam since I do not believe the US Treasury Dept would call on such a bad phone line
