This number calls me between 10-20 times a day!!! The man became belligerent when I told him i am not interested in an auto loan!!! Since then he calls repeatedly. If I answer he hangs up!!! When I call the number back and ask to be removed from the call list he argues with me. When I ask to speak to the supervisor he hangs up.i will be seeking legal action against this company
This group of scammers have been calling over and over. They use different numbers as well as claimed to be legitment companies. Today they said they were the state attorney office in riverside ca. I called the state attorney's office in riverside ca. Needless to say they took a report because they didn't like Simone claiming to be them. Lol I hope they find this group of jack rabbits!!!
Had the same problem just this morning. And when I told the person that I was not interested in taking out a payday loan, the gentlemen with a Indian voice started calling me a [***], and when I hung the phone up. He called me right back and started too call me a [***] again and threatened my whole family. So I told him that I was going to report him for making racial threats. Here is the number he called me from (1-401-648-9484)
You may have to get a service like www.lifelock.com. It is only $8.99 per month. I thinkthey will contact you anytime anyone (even you) uses your Social. That way you can authorizethe transaction or not. I don't work for them but have been thinking of getting it myself becausethere are so many scoundrals out there these days and when they are from another country,it will really be difficult to get any resolution to identity theft.
This may be a phishing scam in order to obtain your personal information. NEVER give out your personal information over the phone.
Keeps calling even though I've asked to be removed from list, how do you stop these calls?

Yes. The caller claimed to represent Document Delivery Services and threatened to serve me with papers from a fifteen year old debt. A check with my local County Clerk’s Office revealed no evidence of lawsuit filed.
