This is definately Chase Bank.. It is an automated dialer to connect with cust service. If you are late on a Chase Card bill or something to that nature, then you will recieve these call.

I have gotten 2 calls in two daysfrom, they said First USA bank. I have no account with this bank. The computerized message asked for my bank acccount information and it had MY NAME in it's system! This is fraud! I will call the FBI today. I would suggest you do the same.Report a phone call from 1-402-220-4351

This number keeps calling my cell. I have a Chase CC account, but they have my home number on file, not my cell. And, if they call, they leave messages. When I call this number back, and automated answering message asks for you to enter the 10 digit number they called.... the whole thing is very suspicious!

Jeb is right on. 401-220-4351 is a dialer system from Chase for past due accounts. I too have been receiving these calls on my cell phone, however the name on the account they are looking for isn't me. Today, I received a call from 210-586-0050 and an actual person asks for this individual. They don't state they're from Chase Bank either. They clarified the # they wanted and it was a digit off of my number. They stated they would correct in their dialer but it would take 24 hours. I asked for a # to call just in case and they game me 1-800-441-7681. So, if no action from them I'll try this. Good luck.

They are preserving your privacy by not leaving a message. When I opened an account with Chase, I was living with mom. Then I moved. When the account became past due, they called mom's number asking to talk to me. She said I wasn't there. She didn't know who they were and so didn't tell them details about me, including that I moved. They would not answer any of her questions about why they were calling. They just kept calling. Finally she said that I didn't live there anymore and that the only way they were going to get a hold of me was if they gave her a phone number for her to pass on to me. It's good that they won't talk to anyone but the actual account holder. If they left a message on an answering machine, anyone else in the household could listen to the message. This would not be a good thing.

By the way, I updated my phone number in their system to my cell phone number so my mom wouldn't get the annoying calls anymore. And once I paid the past due amount, (not even the whole balance), the calls stopped.

Now that is funny. I owe these cats huge sums around $40,000 and without a job I feel the same way.
