this is the fifth difference phone numbers from Chase. I don't know it's Chase until I read the post here. I want to know that what kind of business that keep changing there not 800 numbers?

I was called 12/23/11 and did not answer, but looked it up and found the posts about it. Thanks to all who reported this.

Whether this is legit or a scam (a good one if they follow normal debt collection practice - which it would have to be to get anything in todays economy). Go through the website to pay or call the number on the back of the creidt card.Ask about the number. If legit, fine (but don't use these calls to pay or they will keep it up). Companies should not outsource to foreign countries - it's part of why our economy is in the crapper. If not legit, then report it to the government.

This is a scam. Chase does not recognize this number, and neither does the Better Business Bureau; do not answer, do not pay through this number, and do not give away any of your personal information. Do not even confirm that it is you who has that number.The dead giveaway is that they state that you need your checking account number and card number available in order to pay your credit card bill. If it really was Chase bank, they would not require this information; they would require a security question. Also, if it was Chase Bank, they wouldn't emphasize paying over the phone. They would give you the option, but they wouldn't put that option in every menu.This is a fraud; they call at illegal times for a calling center of any kind, and they do not quote accurate numbers. If you can, get whoever owns this number arrested.

I've been receiving calls between 11-11:10 every day, I don't answer. Based on these complaints this number has been used for 10 years. I blocked the caller

This is NOT a Chase number; if you think it is, you might be tempted to pay bills through it. Chase does not recognize it as one of theirs, and couldn't even find the number among those listed at the better business bureau. Don't answer, don't call back, and by all means, DON'T pay this number money! You will not see that money again, and it won't change your card balance.
