This is harassment and is illegal to call a) so many times a day, b) before 9am in your time zone and c) not leave a message w/info as to who called and a contact phone number. Depending on your state, call the Attorney General's office and make a complaint. If enough people contact their respective gov't offices, then maybe the big bad bank will know harassment is NOT acceptable. If you are going to be complacent then, Goliath will continue to bug the crap out of you and it will just be your own fault. So unite and contact your gov't offices!
Theses guys called me, I didn't recognize the number, so I didn't answer it. They left messages. They called my husband. So I called them back. Very unprofessional. Asked me for my Social Security Number right away so I got very snippy with them. They said I needed to pay more on my Chase bill. I told them I would call Chase myself. I did, Chase was not happy when I told them that these people had asked for my SS# and were unprofessional. They apologized. I paid them their money. I told Chase they need to watch how they conduct their business with their customers or they will lose them.
I received two calls with no messages from this number today, and the caller ID shows "Chase USA". I talked to the REAL Chase Bank, and this is NOT one of their numbers. DO NOT fall for any scams from this number!!!
I owe chase $4.32 on my card and they have called me 13 times today since 8 AM. Now I am so pissed that they will go to this much trouble to get 4 dollars that I am just going to not pay it and let them waste time and money tracking my [***] down. What morons.
I have a Chase account that has NEVER been any where close to delinquent---even currently. There is no way this is really Chase. It's a scam. Do not give your info!
