This orginization keeps calling my cell phone without my permission. please stop them from these unsolicited phone calls

I missed a call from the same number (402)593.7107 and it is Omaha Steaks. I called back and they took me off the calling list. They were incredibly nice about it and apologized for the inconvenience.

This IS Omaha Steaks. I just got off the phone with them. My cell phone is for me to use - not businesses to call me on. It is also my alarm clock. I am currently working a power plant outage which means a month of 10 hour midnight shifts with no days off.I was just lying here sleeping & dreaming "I hope Omaha Steaks calls me & wakes me up to ask if I'd like to buy something from them while I am miles from home for a month or so because I have forgotten all about them & if they don't call me I probably won't remember to order anything from them again!".I think it should be required to leave their home phone number so I can call them tonight when I am on my break at 2 am and I am wanting to place an order but don't have computer access to ORDER ONLINE - which is how I order.I don't place orders over the phone with them. I place them ONLINE. Shouldn't that be a clue I don't want to talk to you on the phone??? Maybe I gave my cell phone number ONLY incase the driver has trouble finding my home for delivery!In the end of the call, he did remove the phone number but, in my opinion, was certainly NOT apologetic enough for waking me up. I think I should have at least gotten a free package of burgers or the like!Thanks for letting me vent. Going back to bed now! :)

Called on my cell phone which has a MO area code and didn't leave a message. I am on the no call national call list. This annoys me to no end.

it is Omaha steaks and they will promptly remove you from their list but if you ignore them they will keep calling and calling.

I called the number back. When the lady asked if I was calling to reorder, I said (politely), "No, I'm calling to ask you to remove me from your calling list." She said she would be happy to do that for me and asked for the number. When I gave her my number, she asked if was my name, I said it was, and she said, "OK, we'll take your name off the caling list immediately." Very polite, no argument, no explanation required. Wish I'd thought of that the first time they called me!

Ive never ordered from Omaha. They started calling my 15 year old son's cell phone. When I talked to the guy at Omaha he insisted they do not buy phone number lots and that they only call those that order from them. He tried to feed me a story that phone companies will reassign phone numbers etc etc which is fine but in this case my son has had this cell number for over two years now.

this is definitely Omaha steaks. I told them three times to stop calling me but it seems that only last a month. They defend themselves saying that it takes a "while" to get the number out of their system. Under the Do Not Call rules...thats there problem. not mine
