Legit survey call. Mine was regarding advertising both heard or seen for Efficiency Vermont.

I would not call this a legit call. They call every night at 8:30 and yet refuse to leave a message. If they were legit they would call during business hours and would leave a message. This is a robo-call scam if it is anything.

Told them not to call back that we are on do not call list.

this number calls my child phone almost every weekday (2:58, 4:53, 6:49 ...all pm). It is annoying and she doesn't answer. We don't know anyone in Nebraska so we don't have her answer either. Super annoying!

Received call with no message 6:10 PM , Dec 18. Do not know anyone at this number.

The MSR group is a market research firm. The DNC list does not apply to them. It only applies to telemarketers. I worked for them about 5 years ago as a second job because I need the extra $$. It was hard because I wanted so badly to tell the people who became "blow-the-top-off-the-meter" pissed off that this was their chance to tell their bank, grocery store, local media, etc. what they did or didn't like about them. Companies pay money to MSR to find out what the public and their customers think of them. If you're really pissed off at your bank and this group calls to conduct a poll on them, jackpot for you. I don't know how many times I've experienced bad customer service and wished something like this would happen. About 80% would tell me that they are on the DNC and to go **** myself. You couldn't get a word in edgewise to indicate that you were not a telemarketer but a polling firm because they wouldn't allow you to talk why they were giving you every expletive known to man and expressing what a pathetic loser you are. Of the remaining 20%, about half of those were just being nice and going through with it for your sake and the rest were actually into it. One time, I called a woman who told me she used to do the same work and was glad to go through the survey. I believe there is some scientific purpose for firms like these to not put out PSA's about what they do. I always thought they should do that so people would participate and let firms and organizations know what the public thinks of them. They take these extremely seriously. We used a computer system that allowed us to put in a better time and date to call if they wanted to take the survey but couldn't do it at the time we called.

Have no idea who this is. Unless it is a company trying to tell me that my warranty for my car has expired when it hasn't.
