No they're not, your bank put them up to it. Your bank and whomever the hire to do surveys for them have a legitimate connection to you that trumps the "Call Me First" list no matter how much you dis agree.

Caller ID showed MSR GROUP. Googled this and it turns out this is a large survey conducting company as others have mentioned. They do have a screen to opt out of future calls. It appears as though they are a legit company and will respect your wishes.

Here's your chance to tell Compass Bank what you think off all those bogus fees they charge you for the privilege of using your money to make money. I quit using my checking acct. I'd had for 30 years because of those bogus fees.

On DNC list/ got call from MSR Group. Didn't answer. Thought FCC was supposed to issue big fine !

Oh I WISH I answered. I told them not to call back everytime I visit a branch. [***] compass bank if it is them again.

1.24.13 - Just received another call from this number. They never leave a message and since I do not recognize the number I do not answer it. They need to stop.

I blocked them. Sick of unwanted calls interrupting my day every stupid day. You hire people to bother me, you lose my business.

We get a call from this number every time we do ANY transaction with BBVA Compass. Survey. Professionally done but annoying to get unwanted calls for every time we have anything to do with them even after requesting no more calls. Law allows them. We do not answer anymore.
