They called my cell...I answered, they said I had won 100,000 Air Mile points...push 1. I pushed 1 and was asked if I was over 25 and if I had a credit card. I said yes. They transferred me to a rep who started trying to sell me a trip to Cancun, I hung up.

Just got a call from this #. I let it ring to answering machine, and it was just finishing spiel...."....press 1". All I heard, knew not to answer.

This is very anoying- I am been charged Long Distance Charges.

I got a call today from this number. It says I won the airmiles thing bla bla then told me to press 1 to claim. I did out of surprise / curiosity but was also hesitant. It transfered me to what sounded like a busy room and a girl asked if I was over 25. I told her no so she said that I did not meet the requirments so I said okay and the phone stayed on for like half a minute before being disconnected.

I got a call from 403-674-2323 at about 5 PM today.Usually automated telemarketing machines have just long enough of a delay for me to say hello twice (with pause in between). If I don't hear a voice at the other end after this, I hang up. I hung up.Based on the comments in here, these scammers seem to be trying every trick in the book and not sticking to one tactic.

The call came in on my work cell. I did not answer it and when I tried to call it back the operator said the number was not assigned. Hmmm.

If I ever meet the people from these lines in person, I assure you that they will end up with crushed larnyxes. I don't appreciate scams and I don't appreciate being pestered at work.

I too received a call from this number with a recording telling me that I had won 100,000 air miles, and to press "1". I pressed one out of curiosity. A woman comes on the line and tells me that she needs to confirm that I am over 25. Yes, I said I was. Then she mumbles something about a credit card, and I said "I'm sorry, can you repeat that? I didn't understand what you said".....CLICK!!! She hung up on me!!! I knew it was a scam immediately. Of course, I don't actually have an Air Miles account, so I figured that since they didn't know anything about me or address me by name, that this was going to be an attempt to sell me something, rather than "award" me with free air miles!
