TCR - Total Credit Recovery Parasites extraordinaire. Even with no valid file or claim they will keep harassing you. Keep track of how many times they call, exactly what they say, request written confirmation of the debt with a full and proper accounting, and if they don't provide it (as they are legally obligated to do) then you file a formal complaint with Service Alberta. Most importantly, educate yourself about your rights as a consumer with debt and what the fair & legal debt collection practices are. Arm yourself with that knowledge and they can't do much about it 9 times out of 10.

Call came in at 3:41P.M. on February 9, 2026. No spoken message was left. I checked the missed call box that read not in service. I checked the phone and there was a dial tone. I assumed the call was a scam.

I received a package from a rigging company in New York with my name and address but this phone number as my contact number.
Looking for a person (that was not me) about a legal matter.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
