Yep, I'm on the National Do-Not-Call Registry, but they keep on calling because there's no teeth in the law. I guess that leaves it up to US to police it... This call was from "Josh" at "Home Improvements and Remodeling Group". I told him yes, I was definitely interested in estimates to get new windows, and sure, why not hardwood floors while we're at it. Now, when the contractors that are employing "Josh" (as a sales lead aggregator) call, I'll waste as much of their time as possible, giving bogus info about me, my house and the renovations I'm interested in. At some point, I'll let them know they are being punked, and the fact that they are using an aggregator who is operating illegally in violation of the NDNCR does not reflect positively on their company. I'll request that they pass this call up the line, so the folks heading up the sales department understand that any advantage they are gaining by using the outlaw phoners can more than be offset by folks wasting their time and resources by punking them in defense of the NDNCR. Sometimes if you want to fix something RIGHT, you just have to DIY...

Once again, for days on end, I get a call from this number. A non-native English speaking gentleman asked for Mr. Hussein. I tolkd thim his certainly has the wrong number. He promised to remove my number. What kind, considerate company. PHHHSSSHIT

I use to work for a company like this. The way they get your phone number is through the voter registration cards and other companies or places you give your phone number to.

when I call them back all I hear is my last name then it hangs up.

I worked for a company like this. Alot of people seem to think that the NDNCR keep places like this from calling them. The only places the NDNCR effects are sales men. If all they are doing to are asking you questions for a survey or on a bother company's behalf the DNCR does not effect them.
