I keep getting calls a Emerald Bay or Sunset bay resort condo deal--they want my credit card number and they will for the low price of 199.99 give me this wonderful package..I said I don't give out my cc info and hung up they have called 4 times in 2 days, and the last gal that called was the rudest [***] I have had had call me period and I hung up on her

Somebody please make this stop..It's really driving me crazy and all of the rest of you as well. I get calls in the morning, in the afternoon, while I'm at work, while I'm having dinner, while I am busy and even one night when I was already asleep. Whoever is doing this seriously needs to be stopped. The DNC Registery makes you wait 31 days after registering your number to file a complaint. I need to find a place to file my complaint because I'm getting this crap on my cell phone! These companies are not supposed to have our cell numbers people!!!!! We shouldn't have to wait 31 days to file a complaint for our cells..I understand the landlines complaint having to wait 31 days because most landlines are publically listed (phonebooks, etc.) but cells are private!I've received calls from (407)329-4618 for the past two weeks:April 21 2008- 10:39AM and 2:49PMApril 22 2008- 12:00AM and 4:05PM April 23 2008- 10:15AM, 2:09PM and 5:32PMApril 24 2008- 10:55AM, 3:27PM and 8:51PMApril 25 2008- 2:48PM and I got the rudest b*tch ever. I told her I was going to be contacting my attorney because I've told your company to never call me and I'm on the DNC list and she told me in a rude b*tchy tone to "Have fun doing that because you told us to call you in a survey #*$*# " You know how I feel?#*(&(#&%(#&(%*#&%*(#&(%&#(&%(#&%(#*&%#*(&%The End.PLEASE MAKE IT STOP!

Got the same thing. They first asked for Joe, when I told them this cell number is on the DNC list, they hang up. Now I'm constantly getting hang up calls from them.

so that number has been calling me all this week atleast twice a day. and when I would pick up they would hang up. I tried calling back and it was an answering machine. then finally today I picked up and they answered back. and they told me about the whole package deal to Daytona then bahamas etc etc. and i was dumb enough to give them my credit card info but they said that it wasnt going through... (my credit card is from mexico by the way, and everytime i want to buy stuff online or even at a store here in the U.S, it sometimes wont go through. so i wasnt surprised that they told me this) so my question being, if they are saying that it wasnt going through, and they have my credit card info, should i call my bank and notify them of this situation???? because knowing that everyone on this blog is saying that its a scam im scared that they are somehow gonna get access to my money in my card!!!!

I get at least couple of phone calls every day, no messages are ever left. I've tried calling back and got "all operators are busy, please leave a message after the tone".

This number has kept calling for the past two weeks. I'm getting a little pissed off. They need to stop calling.
