same thing here, calls several times a day. i never answer a number i don't know and/ or expect. the more they/it calls the less i am apt to answer it.

This number shows up as HGVC on my caller id. Hilton Garden Vacation? They call every few days around 2pm, no messages.
On the do not call list but still get calls from 7047223517... tonight was the srd or 4th time in the past two months.
I've been receiving calls from (407)722-3517 at work for the last week, every night after 7pm on my voicemail !!! I haven't stayed at a Hilton in over 4 years and I don't use my work phone out side of work. Why would you want to keep calling the State Of California????? Then they aren't even leaving a message, all you can hear is a bunch of noise, no one is actually talking. This is Ridiculous!!!!
