I have been getting calls from this name and number for months (which I never pick up). Finally decided to go on line and check them out. I'm a bit surprised to note that they may be calling in regard Red Cross pickups as I routinely get e-mails from the Red Cross itself when they are going to be in the area and do occasionally respond and make arrangements for pickup. If the Red Cross is using Merchandise Pic I would urge them to cease and use other means as it is most annoying. The next time they call I think I will answer and tell them to remove me from their list.

This caller ID showed up as NAME NOT FOUND. The number showed up as +11-407-854-7180. I am guessing that the +11 is fictitious. Area cose for the UK is +11. Would be a good idea to get this company investigated. It is MERCHANDISE PIC. If they are operating for different charaties why do they have to call once or twice daily. They probably are a for profit company who collects ols clothes and household goods and then ships them overseas. There are local companies in Florida who advertise that they will pay by the pound for old clothes and household stuff. So make people aware to donate to known charaties in the area that actually have a real store. Blocked their other number 407-416-0875 so now they are using this number. SCAMMERS! Hope they get caught by the authorities. I am looking into starting an investigation with the local police.

I have received many calls from this number. Caller ID says merchandise pic. I do not pick up the phone if I do not recognize the caller. This gets to be very annoying as I am very ill. How do you stop these calls?

Called at 8:01 AM. That's a sure way to get "NOTHING" due to sheer lack of consideration. Been calling for weeks, day and evening, no let up. Complete bunch of @%^#$*&^.

I just called the number and asked them to please take me off their call list, that I would call them if I had anything to pickup. She was very nice and said she would take care of it. I'll see if she does I'm so sick of their calls that do not leave a message.

I want my telephone number removed from this list.

The ARC does NOT EVER initiate a call to you for supposed pick up! EVERY time there's a national disastor you are asked to donate $$$$$ not goods so they can purchase what is truly needed NOT what carpy clothes you want to clean your closet out of. HOAX- they'll take your "stuff" and sell it at the flea market. THIS IS NOT THE ARC.

The American Red Cross does NOT initiate calls to pick up donations- quite the contrary. After every natural disastor well meaning people send donated old clothing and other items they feel is usefull. They mean well, but MOST of it gets destroyed and taken to a landfill.

This caller is annoying. Calls almost everyday, despite I do not pickup

Called at 8:40 a.m. and answering machine picked up to a fax machine. I guess they are back in business.
