I have now received 3 phone calls from an Unknown. It does not show up on my call display, but all 3 times a woman named Monica has left a message asking me to phone her back at 408-754-0512. I have not returned any of these calls. She claims to be from a company called Lavonte, acting on behalf of the Canadian Pacific Railway and is asking me for statements and accounts receivable information to be faxed to 408-754-0517. I am in no way affiliated with either company and have no idea how they even got my number in the first place as it is an unlisted private Canadian cell phone which I haven't even had for 2 months. A reverse phone lookup has placed both of these numbers in San Jose, CA with no other details. I have heard of many numbers about telemarketing scams coming from this area with this area code.

I received the same call from a Mahala asking to call in with account information to see if there is cash or credit on accounts. Because I faxed her statements. Which is un-true. I have never heard of this place, and my wife handles all our accounts so any companies would be calling her, not me. This is a scam for sure trying to get bank account information, social security numbers and credit card numbers. Be careful,
