It was an automated call from social services with an automated message with information.I would imagine there are different messages depending on each persons situation. I was not asked to fill out forms etc.
Called and then sent a txt message and they had my name saying i had an appointment to attend to
I also got a message left saying I had a phone interview on a certain date and time. Which by the way never came.
