I just got the same message and text, saying I need to fill out forms and send them back. A bunch of BS.

Dpt. of SS reminder call to complete and submit Medi-Cal program documents.

My mother in law passed away in Oct '14, and she is still getting forms to complete to continue her public benefits. This is a legit call. We didn't complete the forms, hence the reminder call.

I got a call saying if I don't return my forms my benefits will stop.

Call for Debra ebarra to fill out forms. Also get one or two calls a day for same person. Has been going on for months. Wish someone could put a stop to them

got a call just know to fill out form or something will stop it said press pound button to repeat and when i did the call was disconnected.

Didn't pick up--number that I don't recognize. Robo voicemail saying "Dept of Social Services giving me the opportunity to become a US Citizen for free in November.... Attend citizenship-day workshop at (local) college on April 2, call 408-664-0322 to register.....They think I'm an ignoramus! Already am a citizen, is it Trump gathering non-citizen people to put them into a gas chamber on April 2??? Ugh!

Been receiving calls from this # since April 25 (4 days ago), but every time I answer, they would hang up. And if I try calling back, they reject my call.I'm from the Philippines, btw. And the # appears as: 02-755000002 is the area code for Metro Manila. So I'm a little surprised to know that people from the States get random calls from this #, too.

automated voice saying my benefits will be terminated if I did not complete forms they sent to me? does not say what benefits will be terminated? I have benefits, checked my p. o. box nothing sent?
