I got a call today from Rachel at card holder service and pressed 9 to speak with an operator. When I asked him what he was wearing, he hung up on me. How rude!!!!!
I'm in SD & have a small business as well. I recently started receiving the same calls. I'm on the do not call list as well.
Been getting these calls on my cell almost every day for over 2 months. Am registered on Do not call list. First time I answered and didn't get a response. So, when I got the 2nd call from that # I added it to my contacts under the name Do NOT answer so I know not to answer. Still get the calls every day though. So, just went to my phone carrier and blocked the number. Hope that works. I am in South Dakota also.
i got this same call, didn't answer but will be calling my cc companies to have them monitor my activity.
Received a call yesterday from this number. Did not answer/no VM and didn't call back. I'm from North Dakota.
I did get this and other calls, I will suggest to provide fake information and see where it takes. In my case with another number I provided the name Sean Connery and additional info they say they will call me back, since then I received calls from providers offering to sell services and products, I always tell them I wish I am Sean Connery and I have money but the company that provided you this information is cheating you as they obtained this information incorrectly.
I pressed 9 and told them to remove my number from their calling list. The response I received from the guy was "shut up [***]" and he hung up on me.

I received a package from a rigging company in New York with my name and address but this phone number as my contact number.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.
