Yup I'm in SD and continue to get these calls. I hit automatic reply 'I'm driving' and I got a message that it would cost me to message this number. I called the number and it said I wasn't able to because of international blah blah blah...it is getting very annoying...
I am from LA. The person hung up on me. When I tried to call back it said " your call cannot go through to this #."
WOW!!! The [***] at this number must be targeting SD area code phones. My phone is from SD, though I no longer live there, and I have been harassed lately with these [***] Cardmember Services scams, which I never fall for, but they piss me off. I now make it a policy NEVER to pick up my phone for ANY call that doesn't show a name with the number. If it's important they will leave a message. And if you get a call from a different area code right after that is likely the same person. They have a bunch of burner phones from various area codes.
I also am in ND. Looks like they are hitting up our state right now. I didn't answer either.

I received a package from a rigging company in New York with my name and address but this phone number as my contact number.
Looking for a person (that was not me) about a legal matter.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.
