I had the same phone call about charging me 399 dollars for computer service if we did not call this number back. the man that answered the phone had an accent and finally hung up. I considered it scam.

Called and recording said our credit card would be charged $399 if we did not call this number back. When I called back it was clearly a call center and someone with an accent named Pedro answered the phone. SCAM!!!
Called me ON THANKSGIVING!!! Threatened that my bank account would be charged, if didn't call and cancel. Number now blocked.
