I also got called by this number sunday nite after 11 pm then at 6 am and again at 7 am. I *69 ed the number and they said the number was out of service what a load.......
I received a call from this number at 1:22am and again at 1:34am. Very annoying when I get no reply after answering. Now I'm wide awake!
I receive this call fairly often on my home phone and my cell phone. Caller ID displays "Ontario". Answered it once and there was no one on the other end, just hollow. Tried phoning back and the number is not in service.
IT'S FROM A BELL CALLING CARD....!!!!Just got a call from this number again. It is someone using a calling card...I got a call at home and then one on my cell phone. I got to my home phone in time and it was a friend using a calling card. They were calling using a President's Choice phone card which is provided by Bell Canada. 416-210-3998 is the number of there phone swithch in Toronto. ALL BELL CALLING CARD CALLS COME FROM THAT NUMBER. You can't call it back, it's listed as out of service.
My ans machine tells me I got a phone call from that number on last Wed, on lunch time... weird, as I am always home then... no message left, 1 second blank, that's all
this 'person' has called me 3 times today, back to back. i missed the phone each time, but when i called the number back it said that it was a calling card. huh
Sounds like the phone scams of the 90's. Where a person receives a call and once you answer then your phone is billed for their call which is somehow forwarded to a third party. They get the call and you get the bill.
my son used a "free" prepaid calling card that was distributed by President's Choice this year at their grocery stores like No Frills. This number was used to reroute the call.....otherwise the call was legit.

Received three calls from someone with an East Asian accent saying they were from citi-bank and wanting to know if I took out a credit card. I just said no and hung up.
