The people using this number all have one thing in common. Read this and make your own conclusion.The person calling is not dangerous unless you are a landlord and you have a place available for rent. The person has bad or no credit at all.He is using a PRE-PAID calling card......you better have that person pre-pay the rent....you see what i mean. Yesterday i got a call with that number on my display. First thing the lady asked is "Electricity included?" No i said. She then asked: "Can you increase the rent to cover the electricity, so it would be included?"
I started talking to a man from a online date line than he gave me his phone number which was 416-210-3998. Now does that make sense?

This number is a bell prepaid calling card. ANYONE can call from ANYWHERE with this number on a prepaid calling card. Best friend bought one to-day in northern Ontario and called me from a tiny little town phone-booth.
I got two calls this morning from this number from a woman who left threatening messages on my cell voicemail dont know never met her but apparently she and I have a friend in common and she doesnt want me talking too. Can this number be blocked? I call my cell phone provider and it cant be done through them.
