Got a call this morning from this number.Looked it up and it's a number for (416) 210-3998Provider: Bell CanadaLocation: Toronto, ON

Recieved 5 phone calls in the middle of the night from that number. I answered it the final time no voice or sound whatsoever I called it back and the operator said it was Unassigned... 411.ca says is is a landline based in Toronto

it's somebody with pre pay calling card my mom call me all the time and it's that number apear on my phone.

Regarding telephone calls from 416-210-3998, these calls are not telemarketing calls. This number is linked to those using a telephone calling card.When I'm in Montreal for example, and I use a pay-phone to call a friend in Montreal, this number shows up on their call display. The cards are purchased in Montreal, and the number belongs to Bell Canada who issues them to the calling card companies.

This is the displayed number when someone with a prepaid long distance card call you.

Call on january 10 at 11.00am . I answer hello and he said "Christine" . I said "no" He ask who I was and I said" I am not telling you" He then tell me that he is calling ( ##########) . The numbersa that he told me were in fact my phone number...so I said, that was a wrong number.. It was a man, spoke english well, young but not too young voice ( twenty and more). Has not called back... I did the call back and it said that the number is not valid. If he calls back I will call Bell I googled it and get this site.

This numer called at 4:00 am and 10:00 am this morning. Come on, 4:00 am !I like the idea of another phone compagny who hires people to use Bell card to call people to run up the bill..... I come from Québec (i'm French, i hope it's okay for my message!)

***HELPFUL INFO-PLEASE READ*** I called my local phone company & for the small fee of 3.75 per month I'm able to block this stupid Canadian based 416 number & any other number I want blocked. They called me 2-3 x's per day, 7 days a week. YES!! 7 days per week! Have you noticed that these calls all started towards the end of 2007? Could some larger funded foreign company have some hidden agenda for the U.S. & Alaskans are simply a practice run for what they really have in store? Perhaps this is the start of a huge teli-scam that they're bringing forward in 2008 & right now they are simply testing their new system & ability. There has to be a point for this system they are bringing on-line. Think about it.
