Called me. No one at the other side. Hang up itself

He called as rogers agent, then he was asking which internet service I use. I asked him his name and phone# he spoke some in Hindi(indian) language.

Claimed they were from Rogers offering packages and assumed I am with bell. But when I told I had Rogers they had nothing to say. It was an Indian guy. They were trying to fraud me for sure.

They called last night and did not leave a message.

Just called me now from a bell mobility number, Toronto ,Ontario

They called me twice within 5 minutes, without leaving a message either time. I didn't answer since I didn't recognize the number, but it seems safe to add them to my blocklist.

He said calling from Rogers and offering me package. I asked him sure you calling from rogers because I am rogers customer. Its was an Indian person called. He called back different number and (888 748 9196) this time he said calling from Bell and offering me a package. I lost my temper.

When I answered the phone, the guy on the other line was claiming he was Rogers! I immediately hanged up thinking he was a scammer.

maybe a phone number spoofer. neither rogers nor bell would allow for an employee to contact a customer with their personal phone they would be fired.
