a called showed up on my september bill for $4:51 for one min. It stated it was from July 23 ,we never used directory assistance and bell was no help.

I was charged $4.51+HST on my June bill calling 416-555-1212 on May 04 2011. A call witch I never made.My phone provider told me that if this number calls you and answer is an automatic charge of $ 4.51. This is cleara scam, so I ask ? Can't this guys be prosecuted?

I was charged $6 in my bill for calling this number, but have never made the calls.

This number called me? Participate in something. Press 9 to be removed from call list. So if you want to buy something and save then go ahead and watch your money disappear.

Got a call from this number. Recorded messge about debt consolidation. Said press 9 to have my number removed from call list. Should I have pressed it or did I screw up by pressing 9. My home number is supposed to be on the do not call list so how come I keep getting these types of calls?

these creeps (among the lowest of the lowest)....."Due to a national debt crisis..." yada yada yada. Yeah right due to a national debt crisis your criminal boss needs to steal from honest hardworking people to line his slimey pockets. May he not rest in hell.

P.S. even though the area code was 416...that isn't where they are calling from. I tried to block and my great (???) Shaw call blocker told me that the number of the last caller wasn't available. That means that the call did not come from Ontario but somewhere offshore or by internet. All of that confirms the criminal nature of the call. Don't answer and don't waste your time asking to be removed from their call list.
