I have been getting calls from this # for months. On numerous occasions Ihave tried to call back but never get an answer.

I have been getting phone calls from this number like crazy in the last 2 weeks. I looked up the number on here and this is where it brought me. I dont think its just a coincidence that i had windows done my action windows in the summer and that i find their name on here. also it is a russian company, and ppl say thsi number associates with many russian companies. this is weird!

How much do you want to bet its some scum with an accent responsible for these calls. I get these calls daily and 99% of the time its some sack of garbage who doesn't want to work and is just trying to scam people. Thank you LIBERALS. This is what you've done to Canada. If I could, I'd give these scum bags 20 years...and a canadian flag.

Received a call from this number this afternoon, I picked up and stayed silent on the other end and someone said Hi. I said hi and said what's up. A lady, believed to be of Filipino background said she was looking for a Mr. Peter. I said no one here by that name and hung up on her before she could say anything else..

416-665-1377. Calls several times a day. ID "unknown". Dead air most of the time. I do pick up the phone but I don't talk anymore and the line goes to "quick busy" in 24 seconds or I just lift the receiver and hang up right away when I see the number on my "call display". As reported previously this is from a "dial around" company "2 The Point Global Marketing" that serves many businesses who like to disturb people at inopportune times. See the Oct 2nd posting above for more info on the company. The address given is not always their address as they move around (Bell obliges the move and lets them keep their main telemarketing phone number and the company phone number.) Boycott the businesses who use this service if you ever talk to a live person on the other end.Since I'm retired, I golf a lot. But, on rainy days I'm thinking of driving to some of the addresses given and distrub them. Maybe I'll ring their doorbell and run and hide. That'll get them riled!If you call their office at 416-736-0699 that is not a solution either. There is no real solution as they can just put you on one of their "other" hit lists through another phone number, even one in the USA. Does "Rolan Ivker" still work there? Ask for him. Anyone have any succesa with the new Canadian "Do Not Call List". In other words, you have registered and now receive fewer telemarketing calls. ????????????

I just receive a call from 416 665 1377 This person keeps calling all the time and when I pick up, there is no sound then hang up it's getting to be annoying

This is definitely a window and door company and see previous posts with links to a central web site. My caller was from Action Windows and Doors. I explained that the call was unwanted, please do not call as they have also called several times daily for many, many months. The hang ups or nothingness you hear is their auto dialer and once in a while there is a customer service agent at the other end. I will suppose that in addition to my asking them not to call, the Canadian Do not call web site should put paid to them before long anyway as it should be in effect by end October/beginning November 2008.

See my post on October 15th. The Canadian Do Not Call list should stop it and it will not be in force until end Oct/Beg Nov 2008. If they persist, the penalities are severe. It is Action Windows and Doors calling.

PS - their phone number is immaterial, it is your phone number on the Do Not Call List that is blocked to all of them. The fines alone will put them out of business should they persist. I noted a couple of posts said the company was having computer/auto dialer problems - they'll have to fix that fast! Hope you never hear from them again - have a great day!
