I called my bank, and they confirmed that this call was from their fraud department. It was legitimate. But I don't understand what your star rating system is, the five stars above the "Report" blue rectangle. What is it rating?

I received a call and they told me my account had an attempt by a Russian and to change my id and password.
if you think is fake call fifth thirds customer service number and you will be sent to this number. It is their fraud department. They are reaching out to you because people are trying to open accounts with you personal information with the bank and they are trying to confirm id theft .
