My son is recieving calls from this number an extention #5139 the male will not allow him to speak with a manager nor set up a payment arrangement! He is very ignorant with not one ounze of compassion People forget what it is like when your down and trying to get yourself back up after finally finding a job and fix your debits, is not an easy task. Ignorance is not a way to deal with people especially when my son is really trying. We never know when we may be in the same situation some day. How would you like to be treated? He wants to pay it but he does not want this ignorant person and this guy wont even let him talk to a manager so I called and he was very ignorant to me.Why work with the public if you have no people skills? I will find a way to get him reported in all my years this was a first!
ask them for a debt validation letter proving you owe THEM money, other wise get lost or you will sue them for harrassment and for being a delinquint creditor,,,

these people keep calling to say I owe the Gov't money from an NSF cheque from 1988!! Can't believe they would actually think I'd send them money for this.....and they cannot send me any written documentation of this debt of course! How ridiculous!!

I called Frontiers official phone number 1-800-921-8105, the agent I spoke to gave me this scammer number, they pretend to be frontier and offer a rebate and ask you to provide your bank account info to “send” the rebate. I hung up
