"Be kind we have familys to feed" is an A**hole!!! This statement "Do you know if you own a time share and you die your kids will get it no matter what" is completely FALSE! All you need to do to get rid of a Timeshare is NOT PAY THE MAINTENANCE FEES!

You are absolutely wrong!! Be Kind is correct. It DOES go to the heirs (children). If you do not pay the maintenance fees, they have the right to put a lien on your property & will ruin your credit. If you don't care about your credit or your ability to purchase on credit cards, then don't pay the fee. These companies have closed all the loopholes now & are just greedy, money grubbing thieves. Especially Diamond Resorts, they are the worst. They hold you hostage in their 'sales update meetings' until they bleed you dry & then want more. If anyone reads this, DO NOT buy a timeshare, unless you are willing to pay the outrageous fees the REST of your life & then on to your children. I have been getting calls from the above number & will not answer. They are preying upon your desire to get out & will charge a fee & then say "Oh sorry, I lost your buyer. But if you pay me more money I'm sure I can find another...... Scammers!! Sign me "Sorry I ever bought into the Timeshare Rat Hole".

Caller ID said Regency Comm. I had the radio on and answered the call without saying a word. All they heard was my radio on KFI. Oh well, if they can waste my time, I guess it's ok to waste theirs.' Female voice finally terminated the call. If I wanted to do something about time shares, I would initiate it myself.

Relief Solutions International is a company from the Springfield/ Branson, MO area that calls people that own timeshares. For a service fee they will help you get out of your timeshare. They want to set you up with an appointment to go to a seminar. At the seminar they pitch you their program. They will keep calling you until you sign up with them.

While I agree that "Be kind we have families to feed" is an A**hole!! I find it odd that you would offer legal advice to someone by telling them "NOT PAY THE MAINTENANCE FEES!" if they want to get rid of their timeshare. Yes, they could do this but then there's that all important issue about the unpaid maintenance fees going to collections and a possible foreclosure...both have negative implications on your credit report. If your credit isn't that important to you, then by all means do what you must. My advice...search out legal advice from a lawyer to help get you out of your timeshare or a company that uses a lawyer to help get you out. Hey...but what do I know??? I do this for a living, legally.
