TOTAL SCAM!!! Claimed they were "Apple Support Advisor" and that my iCloud account may have been breached. They wanted me to get on my computer, log in to Apple.net and download "the fix" for it. I stopped the call right there and contacted Apple directly. Apple confirmed that it was a phishing scam. Apple helped me delete the cookie they left behind on my computer and they helped me secure my computer with free malware. These scammers were calling my landline, which I now realize, Apple doesn't have that number, they have my cell number for any contact with me. These same scammers kept trying to call me after I hung up (7 times in 1 hour), even while I was on the phone with a real Apple associate, from different numbers...of which I have now blocked them all: 216-535-4560, 614-987-1430, 513-826-3620, including the 419 number above. The last time they called, I decided to answer and let them know I was on to them, to stop calling, that I knew they were scammers....as soon as I said that, they hung up right then and there.
