Caller ID says -- Citi September 20, 2015 11:21amHome Depot go psycho with the calls when your HD credit card is overdue, like 20 calls a day with no message. Pay your bill they stop calling. Don't answer this call or pay via this number but pay your normal means of payment...just in case

I have this same problem. Coincidentally we had our Home Depot account and personal identity information stolen last year. We owe nothing on our Home Depot account and haven't had a balance for quite a while

We sent in our bill on time to Home Depot, paying with two separate checks. One has been cashed out by the credit services for $50, but $50 is lower than the minimum payment . The other for $100 is MIA. Both checks were sent at the same time in the same envelope. So they have lost one of our checks. We have been getting called over and over, 22 this week alone, and yes I counted them and have a record. This is harassment, and I believe it is illegal. I am trying to find an address so that I can report them to the Better Business Bureau, but the only one I can find is in Canada. Does anyone have an address that is in the US so that I can report them with documentation?

I called Home Depot and they made excuses. The rep said that legally they are allowed to call four times a day. They said that they do not normally process two checks for one account. To which I replied that we have always sent in our payments with two separate checks and never had a problem. I also told him that if the caller Id had stated "Home Depot" not "citi," I would have been more likely to answer it and the problem would have been taken care of beforehand. They don't care. They need to be reported!

I have been getting multiple calls everyday for weeks. There is never a message or a person on the line. It said Citi on caller ID. I waited on the line one time and it asked if I was the person they were calling...I was. Then it asked my zip code and it said I gave the wrong one. I hung up. Eventually I answered another call and Home Depot was mentioned and a robot voice said I had a balance. I hung up and called HomeDepot. I was told I do not have a balance and to ignore the calls. The calls are all times of the day and very annoying even though I was ignoring them. Today I answered and once again was told my zip code was incorrect. It said to wait for a representative. I did. The representative who came on the line immediately asked me for personal info. I told him, "You called me. I am not giving you one bit of information". I told him I had calledHome Depot and they said I didn't owe anything and to ignore the calls. He said Home Depot was wrong. I asked why I hadn't received any bills and he said they sent an email. I said I never received it and they should mail me a bill and if it looked legitimate, I would pay it. I said I thought he was scamming me and to stop calling. I said what legitimate place calls with a recording? He said he would not stop calling and I hung up on him. I will NEVER answer again!

I have been getting phones call from this number. Even though, I already block it, but it still keeps coming. I did call back, but it said that I have reached the number that has been disconnected.I am really sick of this caller / robocall.I wish someone out there knows what to do and make a stop to this.Thank you.

Keeps calling my home number 5-10x a day for past couple weeks. No one is there when I answer, no message is left when I don't and when I call back, after picking up there is no message just a beep and then nothing but silence on the line (assumably recording you). I've texted this number with no bounceback so could it be a cell? Also, I called Magicjack to block this number (we use MJ for home phone) and they said they can't help?! They apparently don't have ability to block numbers. My next step after reporting the number here is to add to the DNC registry. But seriously, wtf!

I've gotten at least 3 calls a day, morning, afternoon and nighttime from this number. All it says is Tennessee. As a rule, if I do not recognize a number, or it is not a company name, I will not answer. And these people don't leave a message, just keep calling and calling. I hate this.
