DON'T BOTHER CALLING HOME DEPOT; THEY DON'T CARE.GO ONLINE AND COMPLAIN TO 1) YOUR LOCAL BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU 2) THE CONSUMER COMPLAINT DIVISION OF YOUR STATES ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE. 3) THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISION (FTC) IN WASHINGTON.ONE OR TWO COMPLAINTS AND HOME DEPOT WILL LAUGH IF OFF, BUT IF THERE ARE 500 OR 1000, THEY MIGHT BE FORCED TO LISTEN. IT COSTS NOTHING TO HAVE YOUR COMPLAINT HEARD; JUST A LITTLE OF YOUR TIME. GIVE IT A TRY !

My problem is that i keep calling them telling them they have my phone number connected to a person who isn't paying their bill. They have called 3-4 times a day including Saturdays for 10 days.I have called and talked to 5 different people asking them to take off my number.They say they will . They tell me it can take 24-48 hours. It never gets done.What else can I do? My home depot account is up to date.

CITI's (Citibank) computer called me twice yesterday and five times today. They wanted to discuss a Home Depot account (I didn't) write down the name. The last time they called, 15 min. ago, they finally gave me a "talk to an agent" option, which allowed me to tell them that I do not know the person they're looking for, I've never been to a Home Depot, and the number they called has been mine since August 2014.

Someone from this number called 5 times yesterday and 3 times so far today. It's 2:00 PM where we live. Since we do not answer calls from numbers we do not recognize and this caller does not leave a message, we have no idea who it is; just that it's annoying.

Thank you to all who gave info about this number being Home Depot and their horrendous late fee scam.I purchased 3 appliances on credit temporarily on their store card. None of the applicances ended up being installed in my home and the transaction was cancelled...except with Citi Home Depot. They keep calling 10 times a day for a non-existant balance. They added a late fee to the balance that is a zero balance. When I explained to them nothing was owed, they said they would do the courteous thing and take off the late fee, but WAIT! I owed a prior late fee from some imaginary time. I just opened the card so no late fee could could possibly exist. It is pure FRAUD. You can't add a late fee to a brand new balance of a purchase that never is completed!

For this number if it is Home Depot -- CITI -- you can call 1-800-677-0232 and explain that they need to stop having their credit collector call you and you want it stopped immediately (if you don't owe anything, of course). I spoke to a manager who honestly wanted to straighten things out and hopefully in my situation, it is. If not, I explained, I calmly told him I had no problem reporting them for wire fraud. Guess business is bad enough that he researched the zero balanced account and learned I owed nothing. Good luck out there!

Said from AT&T the reason for computer dropping service was I had a problem. They wanted to link my computer with theirs . I hung up ....SCAM the number was originally from collections at home depot..

It's not Home Depot. I talked to them and they passed the number on to their security dept.
