I don't have a card thru them and they asked for my social security number. I almost have it to him!!!!! Omg this is ridicous. And when I asked who he was from again he hung up!

I missed a payment on my Best buy credit card so I expect these kinds of calls. However this is ridiculous. They call all day long with a recorded message. I sent my payment in last week and the recording is for my husband. He's not home right now so it leaves a message for him. When we call the number that is given it never understands us and ends the call. We are about ready to cancel the card and not use it again.

Get the robo calls regularly , but can't get a human to answer the phone.They have a bot that asks me to give my checking account routing number.Fat Chance!I'd be glad to talk with a human from CitiBank, but they need to put a person on the line who can answer MY questions. Otherwise they get nothing.

just call the number, when it picks up it will be silent, just hit 1 and youll be directed to an operator, then let em have it

Getting calls from Best Buy/Citibank too. Listing all unwanted calls as Zspam, Zspam1, Zspam2 etc so when they come up I just hit reject. Don't even know the guy they are chasing...

I get an average of 15 calls a day from this phone number no more please please 423-467-6190

This number belongs to Citi. Automated call every hour 8am to 8pm.We had a bill that was overlooked and overdue, paid and didn't own Citi a penny, the call didn't stop.

Got an automated call from "Citi" asking for someone I never heard of. I pressed all the buttons to say this is the wrong number, never heard of her, etc. and it asks me to wait on hold for a human representative. Tried skipping that step (I should wait on hold to tell them they have the wrong number????) but they kept calling, so today I waited on hold and talked to a person who asked me what number they had been calling. I told her they called me and initiated this whole thing, I'm not giving out my number to a total stranger over the phone. She said if I didn't tell her, they'd keep calling.

Have been receiving calls from these guys. Have a best buy cars that was illegally used fraud department is handling this but still getting robo call. Have filed a complaint with the FTC. Anyone getting calls from these guys should check for fraud activity they have no safety guards in place.
