I followed Hot Karl's advice. Called the corporate # 423.894.9478, pressed 1 and got transferred to a call center supervisor. Let them have it. They listened and were very polite. Will see if they ever call back.
We have been receiving numerous calls from this number. Sounds like a fake call center recording in background. Caller says he is doing a survey on TV watching and would I like to help them out. May be casing the house to see when we are home, answering the phone or when we watch TV.

Just got a call from southern belle. She said she wanted to ask about the local radio stations I listen to. I said "in Canada". She said yeah.I asked her where she was calling from. Tennessee. Told her this call was illegal. and duh, I listen to Sirius XM which originates from U.S.A NOT LOCAL YOU DUMMIES!!!
Called several times in the evening over the course of several days, but never left a message. Finally my wife got tired of it and answered. They said they were looking for someone 18-45 to take a survey about local television. She said, "Oh, I have someone who would love to talk to you!" She handed the phone to me and I got to yell at two different people about how even if they are 'legally exempt' as a 'survey' that they should still obey the 'spirit' of the Do Not Call List and don't call people who enrolled.
call, day and night. They have no concept of time or privacy. They have to stop. I am not interested in any thing they have. We have illness in the house and no one can sleep with calls coming in all the time.
