Music & Arts bill collector - SCAM - Never heard of them and don't have an instrument!

This number belongs to Music & Arts billing company.

Left message; it is Music & Arts billing.

Music & Arts. They rent musical instruments to schoolchildren.I'd already cancelled. They want rent for the 10 days between when the last payment was due and the last time we spoke when I said "No, it's not an oversight, I'm cancelling." I'm not sure if I pay in advance or in arrears.They left an anonymous auto-call. So when I called back and got the information and attitude I said "Come and get it -- I was going to send the trumpet in tomorrow on weekly lesson day, but now I've wasted my time on this."

Music and arts billing. Got mail from them and our company is Whole Note music store; we've never associated with Music and arts. When we called them, a lady answered with an unknown accent. Personally, I didn't like her at all. And I was surprised that they had our information. So we ended the call and we're going to Whole note music store later on.

This companies CSR's and supervisor are soooo rude. Please beware of the fraudulent billing practices.

Repeatedly receiving voicemails and calls from this number regarding music account.I am 60 years old, with no children and own no musical instruments. Harrassing...

This is not the business of "Music and Arts"..it is their billing company. And yes they are very rude. I have an instrument and had an agreement o pay them every month on the 4th Wednesday. They agreed. However, I received a call from their billings referencing I am past my due date...ONE DAY. I told them of my agreement and she said, "The agreement was not with me, so pay your bill and add $10.00 dollars past due charge. I hung up. i called the company and they said continue with my agreement. Very nice company..very bad billing scumbags!!!!

They were looking for Amy Somebody. No Amy at this phone. Voice Message Said that it was about a Rental ??? I assumed it was for a Property, but after reading these posts it's about Music Instrument????? Blocked the number.

This collection agency keeps calling me and telling them I owe money. I have never done business with "Music & Arts." I do not have children in any music program. When I asked for them to provide proof of the debt they claim I owe they got very nasty.
