Receiving early morning phone calls stating the IRS is suing me!

Same here. IRS does not call people, ignore it.

IRS keeps giving me final notices. Just keep blocking this idiots, sooner or later they have to run out of numbers.

No one should call this number back.It might be a spoofed number and you would be hassling an innocent person or business.And then they could sue YOU.

CALL THEM AND ASK THEM WHO THEY ARE AND ASK THEM FOR THE LOCAL IRS OFFICE TELEPHONE NUMBER. the number is not spoofed it is a real number- try calling and see how they answer. These criminals are in India and don;t care about spoofing numbers ( wake up !!! )IF YOU DO NOTHING TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW ABOUT THIS IRS SCAM!!!! THE IRS WILL NEVER CALL THREATENING TO SEND YOU TO JAIL IN 4 HOURS!WAKE UP - PEOPLE THAT DONT TELL OTHER ARE PART OF THE PROBLEM!!

Magic Jack.....I like to talk to these guys and waste their time. I was hung up on when I would not agree to not interrupt him. When I called back to complain about the "agent" being rude the number would not go through. I want to speak with the (SAC) Special Agent in Charge to complain about the 1st agent hanging up on me
