I have had it with these people. They call me 2-3 times per day on a fairly new cell phone number. They just wont stop. I answered it the first two times and not one said a word. So I never answered it again. I texted once to inform that I will report this number. There was a short break of a couple of days, then again they started; Morning, Midday and late afternoons and some evenings (sometimes early afternoons). They seem to love this number. I wished they loose it. I can't find the block feature of this phone, but will check with the company very soon. There was a recent news report stating what to do when these thing happen, but since I wasn't home, I wasn't able to hear it well. I am still looking for the recorded or typed version of the report and I will report the number. They have called me over 30 times now. It is ridiculous. I just don't want to touch my phone for fear that I will pick it up by misstake when they are calling. Usually, I simply deny the call after the start of the ring.

The company is receivable performance management . Tell them to stop calling you. Once you have , you then have claims under the fdca and Telephone protection act. Which entitles you 500 to 1500 per call once they have been notified. Make sure you keep all record of calls made to you the time and day as well..

This pain in the neck calls me every day for over a month

Called 11 times in 1 week. I called back 2x and hung up on. When I called the last time I finally got someone and reamed them out. Calls have finally stopped. Claim they are a collection agency and was looking for a man named Hector.

Call 1 to 3 times daily...do not leave messages Called number back three times today; says it is "receivables management", put me on hold when I asked who they are. One time someone beyond hold answered and said "Receivables Management" and hung up.

Scam number called me twice today. Left no message, finally called them back and the person indicated that this call would be recorded....ALWAYS ensure NOT to day YES on any of these unknown numbers. This and other numbers that I don't know for future refrences will be BLOCKED.

+1 (425) 372-5305IT IS NOT A DEBT COLLECTOR LIKE SOME GET FOULED INTO BELIEVING. IT IS A SCAM TO GET YOUR INFO!!!They call 3-4 times a day. They have been calling for 3 months now. I blocked their number and they still call. You can see it on the reject list. And they call all hours of the day.

this number called me today regarding a T-Mobile Bill...needless to say she tried to get me to verify my address after she told it which was wrong to begin with then wanted to know my date of birth...First of all being a former debt collector myself they have to send out a letter stating that the file was turned over to a collection agency within the first 30 days of receiving the file before they can make phone calls..if they call again advise them to send correspondence by mail and to not contact you via phone anymore(you might have to send a fax or in writing). If they do contact you by phone then they the are in violation of the FDCPA which you can look up and possible sue them for harassment...keep records of the calls record them and screen shot every time they call.
